Early 2021 Stocznia Cesarska Development received the jury price for “Entrepreneurs supporting the Gdańsk brand” and just a few weeks later it was followed by the award for “Patron of Culture 2020”.

Because of the ongoing pandemic situation we’ve just recently, during the Belgian Days 2021, received the statute for the “Amber Winner of the BBC Award 2020” awarded to us by the Belgian Business Chamber in December 2020. In all cases, the jury acknowledged our positive impact in placemaking, cultural, and CSR activities.

…and we keep being noticed. The Business Centre Club, a prestigious business club for entrepreneurs and the largest statutory organization of individual employers in the country, awarded us yesterday the “Well-Perceived Company 2021” award. The aim of the Well-Perceived Company competition is to promote companies that run socially responsible businesses and to spread knowledge about corporate social responsibility.

With all the company awards we are more than happy that our first refurbishment is being equally well acknowledged. On December 2, Roark Studio received the 2021 European Property Award in the category Office Architecture for the renovation of the Dyrekcja building. A price awarded by a panel of over 80 independent industry experts. We are pleased to mention that the project was also recently awarded by the National Heritage Board of Poland and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in the competition “Well-kept Monument“.

As 2021 is coming to a close, we consider these awards as a strong encouragement to keep on doing the right things in 2022 and the years to follow.
