The first year of Dyrekcja’s new chapter began on September 2nd, 2021 with the re-opening of the building after 16 months of extensive renovation works. It was a very special moment not only to us, for delivering the first fully renovated office space but also to some of our guests, who followed our invitation. One of the more rememberable speeches was given by Mr. Andrzej Nawroci, a former shipyard worker, who used to work in this very building. “It is difficult for me to hide my emotions today because after 25 years I returned to this building – supposedly the same, but completely different.” In the weeks after the opening, we’ve received much positive feedback for the careful renovation.
With our first anchor tenants on board, we’ve started the journey and after one month delivered the first #newstories in the form of the first-ever coworking space in the Shipyard. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the limited possibilities to meet and hold events we’ve introduced Studio Cesarska – a fully professional Online Studio to suit our tenant’s needs.
Today Dyrekcjas community counts 120 members and we are very happy to see it constantly growing. In order to further tighten the community bonds and thank our tenants for being with us, we’ve invited them to celebrate this 1 year anniversary together with us at Plac Dyrekcji. It was a fun event with lots of talks, laughter, and a concert by Jaremko and friends. Although the best thing about this event was, that we had the opportunity to get together and to get to know each other on a different level.
