The Dyrekcja Building - WORKPLACES

The Dyrekcja building is one of the oldest buildings on the Imperial Shipyard area, dating back to 1878. It was the witness of many historical events, like the strikes of shipyard workers, protesting at its doors in the name of their rights and values. Until 2002, the office of the Shipyard’s Director was located on the first floor of the building.

In March 2019 we’ve initiated the first refurbishment of this landmark since 150 years.
The refurbishment aimed to restore the beautiful architecture and rich interiors of the building while complementing it with new spatial qualities.

In September 2020 we’ve opened the building and welcomed its first new tenants. The original office function and layout remained. We’ve created on 4.000sqm a variety of office spaces catering a wide mix of tenants and offer great flexibility – from micro-offices and smaller units for start-ups to larger spaces for more established companies. This flexible set-up is supplemented by shared amenities, such as conference rooms, a cafe, kitchenettes, lounge areas, and even an event space.
